If you would like to donate an artifact to the Museum Collection, please complete the form below with a description of your artifact. Our curator will respond to your submission as soon as possible. All artifacts will be researched and reviewed prior to acceptance. The Sampson County History Museum does not accept items on loan or provide monetary appraisals of artifacts.
